Plan Description

Designed for the storage of two cars, this garage plan offers 9’ ceilings and deep bays which easily store a boat or other large items such as a golf cart, canoe and the family bikes. The blueprints come with 4, 6 and 8/12 roof pitches and your choice of siding and roof covering to complement home. A side-entry service door lends convenience and an optional rear service door delivers immediate access to the backyard. Suitable for a variety of needs, this two-car garage plan with boat storage is the smart approach to all your storage needs.

The recommended garage plan package for construction of your new garage. There are usually enough sets of blueprints to distribute them to the lender, building department, various contractors and yourself. 		$180.00
Reproducible Master
Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$200.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$200.00
