July 4th Holiday Hours

Due to the varying schedules of the designers and architects we represent, we cannot ensure order ship dates between July 3, 2013 and July 5, 2013. Our office will be open with limited hours between these dates and closed on July 4, 2013 for Independence Day. If you need to place a rush order after 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, please call to verify available shipping dates and times. We wish you a happy and safe 4th of July!

	1 Set / Study Set A full set of copyrighted garage plans typically used for review purposes and obtaining bids and estimates. Often these blueprints are stamped "Not for Construction," and due to copyright laws, cannot be reproduced.	$150.00
	5 Sets The basic garage plan package needed for construction of your new garage.	$190.00
	8 Sets The recommended garage plan package for construction of your new garage. There are usually enough sets of blueprints to distribute them to the lender, building department, various contractors and yourself.	$230.00
	Reproducible Master Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.	$250.00
	PDF File (Best Value) Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.	$250.00
