Designed with two bays, it easily offers a 2-car garage for oversized vehicles. However, if you drive standard size cars, it easily becomes a 4-car garage plan. Fishermen and boating enthusiasts will recognize this design as a great boat storage garage. One bay will neatly hold the boat and trailer while the other holds the truck or SUV you use to pull your boat to the lake. You’ll love knowing your investments are protected together in this practical garage. The design offers 1200 square feet of parking space outfitted with two 12’x9’ overhead doors, a 10’ ceiling and a side-entry service door. Reproducible Master
Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$400.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$400.00
