Plan Description

This 3-car garage workshop plan delivers 1480 square feet of usable space and does double duty with its storage loft and drive-thru bay. Furthermore, the two bays on the left are deep enough to handle boat storage and each offers a 10’x10’ overhead door with an 11’ceiling. The bay on the right is outfitted with a 10’x8’ garage door and the rear garage door is the same size. This bay has a 10’ ceiling. You’ll appreciate the handy workbench, side-entry service door and covered porch not to mention the interior stairs leading to the storage loft. Here you’ll find 303 square feet of unfinished space, just right for stashing boxes or seasonal items like holiday decorations. If you’re looking for plenty of room to park the cars or store other large and bulky items, you’ll find it with this boat storage garage with loft plan.

Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$635.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$635.00
