Plan Description

Whether you need to store a boat, an RV, or multiple cars, this oversized garage plan is ready to accommodate you with 2576 square feet of usable space. The center bay offers a 12’x13’ overhead door nicely accommodating your motorhome. The left and right sides offer tandem bays with 10’x9’ overhead doors. The perfect design for those with several different types of motorized vehicles, this detached garage plan is also suitable for used as an outbuilding on a large piece of property such as a farm. It could even serve as a workshop for a home-based business or storage shed. Add sheltered parking and value to any piece of property with this RV or boat storage garage plan.

Reproducible Master
Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$535.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$535.00
