Plan Description

This 2-car garage plan with RV bay provides flexible finished space and plenty of sheltered parking to protect your investments. The garage enjoys a 12’ ceiling and offers a 10’x12’ door for the RV bay and two 9’x10’ doors for the standard parking bays. With 1433 square feet of usable space on the main level, there is room for a handy half bath and workbench. A side-entry service door opens to the garage for added convenience, while a separate door opens to the foyer and stairs leading to the second floor. The garage loft delivers 701 square feet of finished space designed as a playroom.
