Plan Description

A shed dormer combined with horizontal and vertical siding gives this RV garage plan with loft plenty of curb appeal. The first floor offers an RV bay featuring a 16’ ceiling, 12’x14’ overhead door, and workbench making it the perfect place to store your RV, camper or motor home. Due to its extra deep bay and over-sized door, it would also work well for boat storage. Don’t miss practical access to this bay from the front covered porch and rear stoop. On the opposite side of this floor plan, a 2-car garage provides sheltered parking for everyday vehicles. Two 9’x7’ overhead doors open to the garage with 8’ ceiling. A workbench is an added convenience. Between the two garages, a covered porch opens to an entry where you’ll find a handy coat closet, access to a workshop and half bath, and interior stairs leading to the second floor storage area and loft (759 square feet total).
