Plan Description

Here’s a flexible detached garage plan that offers plenty of sheltered parking, but the double garage can serve as a workshop if you prefer. Two carports flank either side of the structure and provide a space to park cars, store boats and/or other items such as canoes, kayaks, ATVs and more. Inside, the double garage is deep enough to accommodate oversized vehicles or a boat and trailer. It is also quite accommodating as a workshop. Beyond, another workshop space features a utility sink and provides room for storage of tools and materials or supplies. A full bath completes the main level. At the top of the stairs, the loft delivers plenty of space for seasonal storage. Attached carports and a workshop to second floor storage, this 2-car garage plan with loft can’t be beat!

The roof framing is a combination of truss and conventional.

	PDF File (Best Value) Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.)
