Plan Description

With its two tandem bays at 50’ deep and an extra single-car garage, this expansive garage apartment plan can easily store five cars. The main level offers a 13’ ceiling and 2500 square feet of space which includes a utility room, full bath and storage area behind the bath. Three 12’x9’ overhead doors outfit the front of the garage. The left bay is a drive-thru bay and features a 12’x12’ rear door. With a door in front and back, you can simply pull straight thru the garage without having to hassle with backing in or out of the garage, ideal for boat storage. The center tandem bay and the bay on the right work well for parking everyday cars or storing other bulky or motorized items like ATVs, a golf cart, a couple of kayaks, etc. The storage space behind the bathroom could be designated as a small workshop if you desire.
