Here’s a boat storage garage large enough to hold your boat and trailer, the truck that pulls them to the lake, and other water toys like a pair of jet skis, canoes or kayaks or perhaps a couple of family cars. Two double garage doors open to 1363 square feet of usable space on the main level. The space is divided into two double garages with a convenient half bath and stairs leading to the loft in the middle of the floor plan. These separated spaces work well for various parking arrangements or allow for one half of the garage to serve as parking space and the other half to be used for storage, a workshop or some other useful space. Pay attention to all the windows lighting the space. The unfinished second floor loft provides plenty of storage space (666 square feet) for seasonal items and basement or attic overflow. 	PDF File (Best Value) Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.)
