Plan Description

Just right for a farm or ranch with a few horses, this barn plan delivers 10’ ceilings and four horse stalls, each with access to the outdoors and the interior breezeway. Two wash rack areas, a full bath and tack and feed room complete the interior delivering a total enclosed area of 2033 square feet. Pay attention to the two tractor and equipment ports (790 square feet each), perfect for protecting your tractors, horse trailers or other machinery from the elements. The bathroom is the only finished square footage on the main level (102 square feet). Interior stairs lead the way to a practical, unfinished storage loft on the second floor. Complement your farm or ranch with this efficient horse stable plan.

Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,000.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$1,200.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored.		 $300.00
