Plan Description

If you own an equestrian-related business such as horse boarding, providing horseback riding lessons or something else that requires you to house a great number of horses, this horse stable plan is worth taking a closer look. The floor plan delivers 20 horse stall each with access to the outdoors (such as pasture or a riding ring) and the interior breezeway outfitted with sliding doors on either end. It also provides two feed rooms, two tack rooms and a wash area to clean horses up before shows or after races. Two full baths, an office area and a lounge complete the main level floor plan. Total square footage includes 1851 square feet of heated space and 11,422 square feet of unheated space on the first floor. Upstairs, a storage loft delivers 2983 square feet of usable storage space. 	CAD File Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. 	PDF File (Best Value) Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs.
