Plan Description

A gable roofline, horizontal siding and minimal decorative details give this two-car garage plan with storage a crisp, clean look. Dual overhead doors open to two parking bays with a 9’-4” ceiling. Pay attention to the service entry lending convenient access to the storage space on the left side of the floor plan. Use this area for storing the lawn mower and leaf rakes, outdoor toys or the recycling bins. Offering 988 square feet of usable space on the main level, this 2-car garage plan with storage might also function as a workshop and hobby room. An attic storage space provides 380 square feet of storage and is accessed via a pull-down stair on the left side. Flexibility and function are at hand with this practical storage garage plan.

Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$505.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs.
