Plan Description

Here is a multi-purpose three-car garage plan designed to do more. Behind three overhead doors you’ll find a triple bay garage with 1183 square feet of usable space. There is a storage space in the back right corner that works well for organizational shelves or cabinets and a workbench along the back wall for the family handyman. A full bath with shower and seat serves as a pool bath keeping guests out of the main home. 	CAD File Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. 	PDF File (Best Value) Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs.
