Plan Description

Attention handymen! Here’s a garage workshop plan that is sure to please you. A wall separates the 621 square foot, 2-car garage from the 322 square foot workshop. Safely park two vehicles on the right and store tools and equipment on the right. The workshop area is large enough to add a workbench providing a space to tinker with home repair projects or wood crafts. You’ll even have a space place to store tools and supplies. If more parking is what you’re looking for, use the workshop by as a third stall. A separate overhead door allows flexibility. Finished with a brick façade and a hip roofline, this 2-car garage plan with workshop or 3-car garage plan will blend nicely with a variety of home styles.

Reproducible Master
Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$700.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$700.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$460.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored.		 $75.00
