Plan Description

A front facing gable and a siding façade give this two-car garage plan a simple, yet stylish look. Offering extra deep bays and 811 square feet of parking, this floor plan works well for oversized vehicles and boat storage. It could also serve as a workshop or just a storage space for tools, lawn and garden equipment or even basement and attic overflow. Car enthusiasts might prefer this garage for restoring old vehicles or working on muscle cars. A side-entry personnel door and a 9’ ceiling are thoughtful extras. Flexible and practical, this two-car garage plan with boast storage is worth taking a closer look.

The recommended garage plan package for construction of your new garage. There are usually enough sets of blueprints to distribute them to the lender, building department, various contractors and yourself. 		$450.00
Reproducible Master
Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$600.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$600.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$410.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored.		 $75.00
