Designed for backyard garden storage, this shed plan offers 272 square feet of usable space. Lawn and garden enthusiasts appreciate a safe place to store tools and supplies such as rakes, gardening hoes, plant fertilizer, pots and even the garden hose throughout the winter months. No need search the entire garage trying to find your lawn and garden equipment and supplies, with this garden shed plan you can keep everything in one place!

Number of Sets:
	5 Sets The basic garage plan package needed for construction of your new garage.	$190.00
	8 Sets The recommended garage plan package for construction of your new garage. There are usually enough sets of blueprints to distribute them to the lender, building department, various contractors and yourself.	$230.00
	Reproducible Master Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.	$260.00
	CAD File Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.	$360.00
