Attention auto mechanics and car enthusiasts! This two-car or three-car garage with loft is sure to please you. Fashioned with a saltbox design, this garage plan easily blends with many existing homes. It offers a front-entry service door and convenient interior stairs leading to the upper level loft providing plenty storage space or even just the right space for a workshop or a hobby room. The garage is available in three sizes. The design also features enough ceiling support for an engine lift, making it easy for a mechanic to work on cars at home.

The basic garage plan package needed for construction of your new garage. 		$260.00
8 Sets
The recommended garage plan package for construction of your new garage. There are usually enough sets of blueprints to distribute them to the lender, building department, various contractors and yourself. 		$300.00
Reproducible Master
Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$440.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$440.00

Mirror Reverse
Mirror reverse blueprints are the mirror image of the garage plan, which flips the floor plan from left to right with the text appearing backwards just as if you were looking in a mirror. The mirror reverse floor plan serves as a visual aid showing the layout of the garage the way you plan to build it and also shows correct door swings. It is recommended to only order one or two sets of your garage plan package with the mirror reverse option and order the rest of the sets as correct or right reading plans. At least three sets in the plan package MUST be right reading plans. 		$15.00
Material List
A general listing of the quantities and sizes of materials needed for construction of your garage. This tool aids your builder in the estimating process. Note: A material list cannot be sold without the simultaneous or prior purchase of a construction blueprint package.		 $30.00
