Accented with European details, this two-car garage plan delivers 816 square feet of unfinished area providing ample parking space for two “real sized” vehicles on the first level. A bump out provides room for extra storage space for bikes, the recycling center, the lawn mower or whatever you need. Notice the service entry, 9’ ceiling and organizational shelves, great for storing gardening tools and other small items. 	CAD File Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. 	PDF File (Best Value) Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. 0123	Mirror Reverse Mirror reverse blueprints are the mirror image of the garage plan, which flips the floor plan from left to right with the text appearing backwards just as if you were looking in a mirror. The mirror reverse floor plan serves as a visual aid showing the layout of the garage the way you plan to build it and also shows correct door swings. It is recommended to only order one or two sets of your garage plan package with the mirror reverse option and order the rest of the sets as correct or right reading plans. At least three sets in the plan package MUST be right reading plans.	$10.00
