Plan Description

This garage plan with storage offers limitless possibilities. Featuring two tandem bays, the floor plan easily accommodates up to six cars, perfect for a car enthusiast. Mechanics might like having room to work on a couple of cars using the rest of the space to organize tools and equipment. Or perhaps you only wish to store two family vehicles. Then consider using the rest of the garage for storage space or a workshop. Do you own a boat? This tandem garage works great for boat and trailer storage too. Outfitted with two overhead doors, this 1536 square foot tandem garage plan with storage is flexible enough to accommodate a broad range of needs.

Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$300.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$350.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Right Reading Reverse
