This oversized two-car garage plan satisfies a multitude of needs. The design is outfitted with a convenient overhead door and a man door for easy entry. With 784 square feet of usable space, you’ll have no problem parking “real sized” vehicles inside, and you’ll even have a little extra storage space. For those in need of a workshop, this design can be quite accommodating for woodworking, crafting and tinkering. No matter what your needs might be this garage plan with storage is at your service.

A full set of copyrighted garage plans typically used for review purposes and obtaining bids and estimates. Often these blueprints are stamped "Not for Construction," and due to copyright laws, cannot be reproduced.		$210.00

8 Sets
The recommended garage plan package for construction of your new garage. There are usually enough sets of blueprints to distribute them to the lender, building department, various contractors and yourself. 		$325.00
Reproducible Master
Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$300.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$350.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$350.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored.		 $75.00
