Northwestern flavor accents the exterior allowing this detached garage design to blend well with most Craftsman-style homes. Protect two cars from the elements with the 624 square foot garage. A 16x8 overhead door and a service entry lend easy access while a 9 ceiling offers convenience. Upstairs the living quarters work well for a guest retreat or rental property. The open living areas include a cooking island, fireplace and vaulted ceiling while a full bedroom and bath provide comfortable accommodations. Flexible to accommodate a variety of needs, this carriage house plan is worth taking a closer look.

Order Plan

A full set of copyrighted garage plans typically used for review purposes and obtaining bids and estimates. Often these blueprints are stamped "Not for Construction," and due to copyright laws, cannot be reproduced.

The basic garage plan package needed for construction of your new garage.

Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.

Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.
