Plan Description

This multi-purpose pole-barn plan satisfies a wide range of needs. With its sliding door, it easily stores large and small vehicles of all kinds. Multiple sizes accommodate everything from the family cars, to a boat and trailer, tractor, wagon and even larger vehicles and farm machinery. Plans include designs for optional 8’, 10’ and 12’ walls. Wall framing consists of 6”x6” posts and 2”x6” side girts. Perfect for a workshop, mechanic’s garage, storage shed or an equipment garage, this outbuilding plan works well on various lot sizes.
Construction drawings include the following sizes: 24’x24’, 24’x32’, 24’x40’, 30’x40’, 40’x64’



Order Plan


A full set of copyrighted plans typically used for review purposes and obtaining bids and estimates. Often these blueprints are stamped "Not for Construction," and due to copyright laws, cannot be reproduced. 		$150.00

The basic garage plan package needed for construction of your new garage. 		$200.00

Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped. 		$350.00

Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed. 		$350.00

Complete copy of the construction drawing. Since our blueprints cannot be photocopied, extra sets are available for purchase within 90 days of the original garage plan purchase. 		$25.00

Mirror reverse blueprints are the mirror image of the garage plan, which flips the floor plan from left to right with the text appearing backwards just as if you were looking in a mirror. The mirror reverse floor plan serves as a visual aid showing the layout of the garage the way you plan to build it and also shows correct door swings. It is recommended to only order one or two sets of your garage plan package with the mirror reverse option and order the rest of the sets as correct or right reading plans. At least three sets in the plan package MUST be right reading plans. 		$15.00
