Plan Description

Here is a practical way to add sheltered parking to your residence. This 2-car carport is built with sturdy 8" posts. A gable roofline looks nice with a variety of architectural home plan styles. Fashioned with an 8’ ceiling and 385 square feet of usable space, this carport plan is sure to protect your automobiles from the elements.

Order Plan


A full set of copyrighted plans typically used for review purposes and obtaining bids and estimates. Often these blueprints are stamped "Not for Construction," and due to copyright laws, cannot be reproduced. 		$240.00

The basic garage plan package needed for construction of your new garage. 		$285.00

Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped. 		$360.00

Complete construction drawing (excludes commercial plans) in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. You must have CAD software to open a CAD file. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		 $600.00

Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed. 		$360.00

Complete copy of the construction drawing. Since our blueprints cannot be photocopied, extra sets are available for purchase within 90 days of the original garage plan purchase. 		$35.00

One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$90.00
