Plan Description

Take a look at this multi-purpose outbuilding plan. It makes a great addition to a secondary residence and also works well as a shed plan. A 96 square foot screened porch offers a place to relax after a long day and enjoy gentle breezes and the sights and sounds of nature near your favorite lake. The kids will love the playroom (96 square feet). It gives them a place to enjoy favorite games and toys without having them laying all over the house. Also, this space could be used as a hobby or sewing room for those who don’t have room in their homes, or it works well as a storage shed for tools, lawn and garden supplies or seasonal items. Designed to accommodate a variety of needs, you can’t go wrong with this shed plan.



Order Plan


The basic garage plan package needed for construction of your new garage. 		$485.00

Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped. 		$820.00

Complete construction drawing (excludes commercial plans) in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. You must have CAD software to open a CAD file. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		 $990.00

Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed. 		$600.00

Complete copy of the construction drawing. Since our blueprints cannot be photocopied, extra sets are available for purchase within 90 days of the original garage plan purchase. 		$45.00

One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$50.00

A general listing of the quantities and sizes of materials needed for construction of your garage. This tool aids your builder in the estimating process. Note: A material list cannot be sold without the simultaneous or prior purchase of a construction blueprint package. 		$65.00
