Plan Description

You can have it all with this RV garage plan and attached double garage boasting 1172 square feet of parking area. A 12’x14’ door and a 16’ ceiling accommodates an RV or motor home. Two convenient pass-thru doorways lead to the two-car garage featuring a 16’x8’ overhead door, a 10’ ceiling and extra deep bays perfect for boat storage. Combining both spaces gives you an added bonus, a three-car garage instead. No matter what your needs may be, after spending time out on the road, you will rest assured knowing your motor home is safely stored inside this RV garage with boat storage.

Reproducible Master
Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$275.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$450.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored.		$75.00
