Plan Description

Take a look at this oversized two-car garage apartment plan. Designed to store “real sized” vehicles, the 716 square foot garage features a 9’ ceiling and two 9’x7’ overhead doors. Extra storage space is just right for the lawn mower or gardening tools. A service door allows convenient entry to the double garage and easy access to the interior stairs leading to the second floor apartment. Just right for the nanny, in-laws or weekend guests, the open floor plan delivers an spacious place to kick back and relax. The corridor kitchen enjoys a corner breakfast bar and direct access to the utility room. Stylish yet modest, this traditional style carriage house plan is hard to resist.

Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$400.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$600.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored.		$75.00
2x6 Version
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will be sent to you with 2x6 wall framing providing higher energy efficiency by offering thicker walls for extra insulation. 		$75.00
