Fashioned with the looks of an old farmhouse, this country style three car garage plan has plenty to offer. A covered front porch adds charm while three side-entry garage doors provide convenience. Two bays situated together work well for the family cars while car enthusiasts might choose to store a restored vehicle in the separated third bay. Or perhaps the third bay is just right for a workshop or storing lawn and garden tools and the kids’ outdoor toys and sporting equipment. Interior stairs rise to the second floor loft. Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$250.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$250.00

Mirror Reverse
Mirror reverse blueprints are the mirror image of the garage plan, which flips the floor plan from left to right with the text appearing backwards just as if you were looking in a mirror. The mirror reverse floor plan serves as a visual aid showing the layout of the garage the way you plan to build it and also shows correct door swings. It is recommended to only order one or two sets of your garage plan package with the mirror reverse option and order the rest of the sets as correct or right reading plans. At least three sets in the plan package MUST be right reading plans. 		$10.00
