Plan Description

Simple and practical, this 3-car garage plan with loft is a valuable addition to any home if extra parking and storage are what you need. Three overhead garage doors open to 864 square feet of parking area, ideal for three family vehicles or maybe two cars and a golf cart or ATV. An 8’-6” ceiling height, a side-entry service door and windows enhance the main level. Exterior stairs lead the way to the 456 square foot loft on the second floor. This bonus area is ideal for basement or attic overflow or seasonal storage. It would also work well if finished as an exercise room, home office or hobby area. The choice is yours. Flexible to accommodate a variety of needs, this 3-car garage loft plan appeals to a broad range of buyers.

Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$360.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$560.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs.
