Plan Description

Barn-style details and a cupola give this detached 3-car garage plan plenty of country charm complementing many country homes and working well on rural pieces of property. The floor plan delivers three overhead garage doors, a storage area on the left side of the garage and 1059 square feet of usable space. Park three cars inside keeping them safe from the elements, or use two bays for car storage and the third bay for an ATV, canoe or other large items. A covered porch offers 124 square feet of shade, just right for a pair of rocking chairs and a pleasant conversation. While some might use this storage garage for automobiles, others might use this design as an outbuilding or shed on a farm storing a variety of items. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. 	PDF File (Best Value) Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs.
