Plan Description

Simple, traditional styling allows this three-car garage plan to blend nicely with a wide variety of homes. A brick exterior, gable roofline and carriage lamps deliver unfussy charm. With 708 square feet of unfinished parking, your family vehicles or perhaps the old favorite you restored will be kept safe from the elements. Two overhead doors and a rear entry service door offer convenience while windows fill the space with natural light. Though designed for car storage, don't be fooled. This garage floor plan can satisfy many other needs like providing a place for a workshop or a space to store lawn and garden equipment or even the kids' outdoor toys. Add value and much needed parking or storage space to your home with this three-car garage plan.

Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$325.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$525.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$300.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored.		 $150.00
