Plan Description

Simple in design, this 1-car garage will look great in your backyard. Furthermore, it is flexible enough to serve a variety of needs. One overhead door opens to 240 square feet of unfinished space, ideal for one compact car, or smaller motorized vehicles such as a motorcycle or golf cart. This 1-car garage would also work well as a storage shed for outdoor equipment like the kids’ bikes, a canoe, fishing gear, baseball and soccer equipment and much more. Or consider using it as a lawn and garden shed, ideal for the lawn mower, leaf blower and other gardening tools. Compact and flexible, this 1-car garage plan fits nicely in the corner of any backyard.

Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$200.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$375.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized garage plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored.		$75.00
