Plan Description

This detached garage plan has everything form a workshop to RV and boat storage. Begin with the siding façade and welcoming covered porch. Now step inside where you’ll find a flex space ideal for a recreation room the whole family can enjoy. If you own a home-based business, this 944 square foot finished space would work well as an office or conference room. A full bath is a thoughtful extra. Interior stairs lead to the 884 square foot loft above. A vaulted closet, this space is perfect for storing basement or attic overflow. At the center of the building, you’ll find the RV garage and workshop. Ideal storage for your motor home when you’re not on the road, the RV bay is 47’ deep and connects with a handy workshop or storage area.
