Plan Description

You’ll find plenty of convenient storage with the thoughtful design of this 484 square foot drive-thru garage plan. Ideal for storage of two family vehicles or other outdoor equipment such as an ATV, riding mower and gardening tools, this design offers easy access with a front 16’x7’ overhead door and a rear 9’x7’ overhead door. Just imagine how easy it will be for the kids to get their bikes without having to back the cars out of the garage. Other thoughtful touches include a side service door, sunny windows and an 8’ ceiling. Finished with a brick and siding façade and a classic gable roof, this detached two-car garage plan will look stunning in your backyard!

Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$275.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$450.00

2x6 Version
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will be sent to you with 2x6 wall framing providing higher energy efficiency by offering thicker walls for extra insulation. 		$75.00
