Plan Description

If you are looking for extra storage for automobiles and other equipment, consider this traditional two-car garage, fashioned horizontal siding and topped with a reverse gable roof. Convenience is the main highlight of this design. You will be happy with the easy entry offered by service door on the side wall, while widows fill this space with natural light. A drive-thru design makes easy it to store things such as a golf cart or the riding lawn mower. A16’x7’ front garage door, a rear 9’x7’ door and an 8’ ceiling complete this 576 square foot drive-thru garage plan.

Reproducible Master
Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$275.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$450.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored.		$75.00
2x6 Version
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will be sent to you with 2x6 wall framing providing higher energy efficiency by offering thicker walls for extra insulation. 		$75.00
