Plan Description

When the ease of a drive-thru garage is what you need and a little extra storage space is an added bonus, this two-car garage plan with loft is the perfect solution for you! Fashioned with welcoming dormers and a siding façade, this detached garage design will look good in any backyard. Take a look at the main level where the 832 square foot two-car garage enjoys a 9’ ceiling and three 9’x8’ overhead garage doors. The third door is strategically positioned at the rear of the design providing convenience and easy access to the lawn mower and other equipment without having to move the car. The second level features 527 square feet of unfinished storage space, great for seasonal items. This drive-thru garage plan has plenty to offer and will complement any home.

Garage plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$275.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted garage plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$450.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored.		$75.00
2x6 Version
One-time surcharge. All sets of garage plans in your blueprint package will be sent to you with 2x6 wall framing providing higher energy efficiency by offering thicker walls for extra insulation. 		$75.00
